This is a 1987 V440T, with black chrome hardware and Kahler bass tremolo.

Most V440's had the Kahler bass tremolo, but this '87 model has the standard bridge.

Here's the getting-rare-every-day V440 bass with Kahler tremolo.  This is a 1986 model, and was bought by Michael Goodwin.
